Soshiro Yonaga is a first year member of Quartz with Kisa. He is her childhood friend, and is happy to see her again at Univeil after he had moved away.
Soshiro’s corresponding stat is Insight, which is increased by choosing Study for your lessons. The goal is to get your Insight stat up to the maximum amount of 30 by around early December depending on the random (?) bonus increases. You don’t need to be a “jack of all trades” and level up all of your stats.
If you don’t want to follow this guide exactly, some general tips would be to A) wait until your stamina gets down to at least 30/100 before choosing to rest, which restores 70 stamina, and B) don’t rest on weekends because it wastes your chances to interact with classmates. Weekend interactions cost 0 stamina.
There are 5 performances over the course of the school year. I believe you need to achieve SS in every performance rhythm game before the final performance. I think you can skip the practice rhythm games in the weeks before performances, although I’d recommend you complete them to hear the great music and see how the rhythm will go for the actual performance.
I obtained both the good and best endings in the same playthrough (without reloading saves) using these choices.
