While Temirana: The Lucky Princess and The Tragic Knights isn’t out until 2026, Idea Factory International is getting ahead of the game with their Makeship petition for the game’s adorable mascot character.

Benetti looks like a quirky yet classy gentleman – perhaps an agent of chaos? 😈 He sure has that look about him! I think they chose the perfect mascot character to make into a plush, as he looks so fluffy and therefore great to snuggle with.

If you want to help bring more otome plushies into the world, you can pay $2 USD right now to support the petition and help them reach their goal of 200 pledges. (The petition closes on July 21st.) You’ll then be charged the remaining balance of $27.99 plus shipping and taxes once the product launches in an estimated time frame of 1-4 months.

I mainly collect plushies of my favorite otome characters, but sadly they don’t always make them for otome games. It’s really exciting to see Idea Factory International attempting to bring this campaign to life on a platform that’s easily accessible, as Makeship ships to most countries (some exceptions).

The story sounds really interesting, with a person’s status and occupation determined by their birth month. Cecilia, the third princess of Temirana, is known as the Cursed Princess, and she must live away from her family as a result.

Despite her unfortunate nickname, Cecilia possesses a “lucky” ability that makes people or places shine when she’s in danger. When she attends an event she sees 5 men glowing, and feels that they are special in some way. As such, she invites them to join her order of knights.
