Bowling is a much beloved pastime for many people, with bowling league tournaments and parties held at bowling alleys. Some like to go bowling with their friends, but others “pin” (😉) their hopes on bowling helping out their love lives! In Date Night Bowling, you’ll choose from many different options to customize your experience. Choose your player and their date, and impress your date with your bowling skills and your (hopefully smooth) lines!

I have never seen a bowling dating game before, and this one has additional unique features that allow you to choose the weight of your bowling ball, lane oil, and the overall difficulty levels! Decide if you’d like to bowl alone, with an AI partner, or even against your friends with local two player matches! Bowl a strike, but don’t strike out with your date when Date Night Bowling comes out this week!

Detective Di: The Silk Rose Murders

Detective Di: The Silk Rose Murders is set in the Tang Dynasty of China. The young new detective Di Renjie serves the Empress Wu Zetian, who asks him to discover the identity of whoever is murdering women in the capital city. As the first and only (known?) Empress of China, Wu Zetian must consider these fictional killings of women a high priority in an era where “…women were assertive, active, and more visible…”

To solve this mystery, Detective Di will have to interact with different witnesses and find out what certain politicians are hiding. You’ll uncover evidence, and fill in the game’s “deduction board” to reconstruct what really happened. Interact with ancient Chinese culture and history – with some basis in reality – and solve riddles using a variety of dialogue choices. If you like history, and like to solve mysteries, Detective Di: The Silk Rose Murders may be the game for you!

I’ve heard great things about the Danganronpa series over the years. Unfortunately, I was unaware that the games would be removed from the PS Vita store, and was unable to purchase them before they were delisted. 😢 Now that they’re coming to Nintendo Switch for the 10th anniversary of the series, I’ll finally have the chance to play them myself.

Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc pits you against a sadistic bear named Monokuma, who imprisons Makoto Naegi and his classmates in their school to have them try to kill each other. Anyone that successfully kills another student without being discovered will be permitted to leave – at least, that’s what Monokuma has promised… Find out who Monokuma is and why he has taken you captive before it’s too late! Each Danganronpa game features a terrifying murder mystery, although the only game that isn’t a remake (the summer camp game) seems to be more lighthearted.

These 10th anniversary editions will have gallery features, where you’ll be able to view event illustrations and scenes – and listen to voiced dialogue as well. I’m excited to finally play the Danganronpa series – the wait will be “unBEARable”! 😉 🐻
